Lifetime Warranty
All Chatham Created Gemstones are held to the highest standards before leaving the lab. However, should your stone ever chip or break under ordinary circumstances, or in the case of opal, crack or craze, Chatham will gladly repair or replace the item at our option. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Simply return the damaged item along with the original sales receipt to the store from which it was purchased. The retailer will then forward the item for repair or replacement. If a replacement is necessary, the stone will be replaced with one of similar size and quality.
Chatham Grown Diamonds are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty
Certificate of Authenticity
CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT
Trust, integrity and value are at the heart of Chatham. That is why Chatham and its retailers are extending a written commitment to their customers through a Certificate of Authenticity. Every purchase of a Chatham piece of jewelry will come with its own certificate.
The Certificate not only provides customers with a formal document to present to insurance companies, but it also validates our product as a genuine Chatham piece of jewelry. Each laminated Certificate contains a picture and full description of the product.
The Certificate provides the customer with a one year manufacturers warranty on the jewelry and a lifetime warranty on the center stone. Chatham will gladly repair or replace your stone at no charge if it should ever chip or break under ordinary circumstances. If you question whether your damaged jewelry is covered under our warranty, simply return it to the store the item was purchased. Your Chatham retailer will then expedite the item to us for immediate servicing and if a replacement gem is needed, consideration will be taken to honor the original size and weight.
The Certificate of Authenticity and Lifetime Warranty are iust another example of how Chatham has your best interest in mind.
Please note, the Certificate of Authenticity does not apply to loose gemstone purchases and Chatham Created Diamonds are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty. Manufacturers warranty excludes labor and expires after one year of purchase date; normal wear and tear damage is not covered.
