Emerald Pendant – Flame, 14K Yellow Gold, 7x3.5mm

Today, Chatham uses multiple advanced growth methods, including hydrothermal, flux, and a range of proprietary processes. These techniques are designed to closely replicate the natural geological conditions under which gemstones form. Growth occurs over a period of about 12 months resulting in exceptional quality gemstones.

Unlike faster mass-production growth methods that produce stones in a fraction of the time, Chatham's extended growth process prioritizes crystal integrity, depth of color, and natural formation characteristics. As a result, Chatham lab-grown gemstones develop more fully, much like it would in nature.

Chatham pioneered gemstone growth decades before lab-grown jewelry became mainstream. Today, Chatham remains the leader in lab-grown gemstones through an uncompromising commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and color mastery. We sacrifice nearly 80% of the original rough during cutting to reveal only the finest material. This ensures exceptional color saturation, clarity, and brilliance in every gemstone.

Combined with the industry's most extensive assortment of lab-grown gemstone colors—surpassing any other grower in range, consistency, and beauty—Chatham continues to set the benchmark for premium lab-grown color gemstones.

Yes, Chatham provides a lifetime guarantee on all lab-grown colored gemstones. Customers can trust that Chatham's lab-grown gems will retain their color and crystal structure permanently under normal wear.
