Which ad costs qualify for co-op reimbursement?

To ensure your success, we've designed three distinct marketing media kits to help generate sales in all of our gemstone jewelry collections: color & diamond fashion, bridal, and high jewelry.
Through strategic positioning and innovative storytelling, we are introducing several brand campaigns that will enable you, the retailer, to communicate effectively to each modern shopper.
HOW TO USE CO-OP DOLLARS
Every Chatham authorized retailer who displays our jewelry brand will accrue a percentage of their paid net purchases based on their partnership level. If you'd like to check how many co-op dollars you've accrued so far, please contact your brand account executive or email brand@chatham.com.
Reach out to marketing@chatham.com with the campaign, ad dimensions, featured jewelry SKU, print specifications if applicable, and any further customization requests. Please note: any Chatham advertising that has not been pre-approved by marketing will not qualify for co-op reimbursement.
Send your receipt for the qualifying ad placement cost to brand@chatham.com. As an authorized retailer, you will be credited up to 50% of the ad placement cost, not to exceed the dollar amount accrued at the time of ordering the ad.



All ads in the Chatham media kits have been pre-designed in the industry standard sizes. Customization will be accommodated to your tailored needs and require a minimum of two weeks advanced notice before its due date. Company logos must be 300 dpi and on a transparent background (for better results). Submit all file requests to marketing@chatham.com

Postcard
Chatham postcards are a perfect method for reaching your local customers with an impactful message. Available in the standard 4.25" x 6" size and customized to include your logo and company information.

Magazine Ad
What better way to reach the masses than high-quality print? We offer three ad space options: full, half and quarter page with an area to insert your logo and company information.

Brochure
Designed as either an in-store handout or direct mailer, our four-page brochure attractively presents Chatham’s products complete with full descriptions.

Billboard
Create a "wow" factor by placing a billboard ad featuring Chatham’s gorgeous designs. Big and bold, our file comes in the standard 6″ x 12″ size for a 24' x 12' billboard, but we can modify the dimensions to fit your local needs.

Table Sign
Convenient and versatile, our in-store sign is a great way to attract your customers to the Chatham showcase. Available in size 8.5" x 11", place it on your countertop to attract your customers to the Chatham Collection.

Duratrans/Poster
Decorate your walls with our beautifully designed files that can be used for a Duratrans or poster. Available in 24" x 36", they will surely bring color to your space.

Window Screen
Window screens are a great way to attract attention to your store. Before they step in, they already know you are a Chatham Retail Partner. Currently available in 18" x 24", we can also tailor to fit your needs.

Holiday Ad
Festive takes on our proven campaigns are available upon request in an assortment of formats, such as holiday mailers. Please give ample time to create these custom ad designs. Due to a high volume of holiday requests, please submit your request by October.
Which ad costs qualify for co-op reimbursement?
Only the cost of ad placement qualifies for co-op reimbursement. All creative and production costs are excluded. For example, only the cost of printing qualifies for in-store marketing. In the case of out-of-home marketing, only the cost of renting the billboard or similar advertising space qualifies for co-op reimbursement.
What are my available co-op dollars based on?
Available co-op dollars are based on a running 12-month period. For example, if you request a co-op campaign in December, your availability will be based on paid invoices from the previous December through November. Please note: co-op reimbursement begins at 40 pieces. If your inventory is under that threshold, Chatham will gladly provide the files for any of our marketing campaigns; however, co-op dollars will not apply.
What types of advertising qualify for co-op reimbursement?
Co-op reimbursement will not be extended towards any other type of advertising outside of our approved Chatham media kits. However, we're happy to provide our approved Chatham campaigns for the print and digital marketing elements listed above.
